With Mentour'd life coaching services, we create a personalized plan to assist men in getting unstuck from past trauma in order to lead a more fulfilling and purpose-driven life. Services include - 1) free initial consultation to determine if we are best fit for you, 2) a tailored 6-week plan that implements faith-based, research backed methods and resources to optimize progression, 3) bi-weekly check-in calls to assess progress in the program and make adjustments if/as needed, and 4) direct access to Discord community where clients can connect with one another and share their experiences!
