A first-gen Kenyan American hailing from the East Coast, Rex has grown the King's Tales platform over the past six years with one mission in mind - helping men realize that trauma does not destroy us, it refines us. Having overcome battles with depression, anxiety, identity issues, and suicide ideation through counseling and God, Rex was able to utilize those experiences to create a platform that helps highlight the inspiring tales of men that were able to do the same!
